Sundays

Sundays in our family usually include a trip to both sets of parents' houses. We go to my parents first where my Gram cooks Sunday dinner for her children and grandchildren. While not all attend every week, we do our best to make this a priority in our lives, so even though Dan was heading out to the Patriot's game, Ry, Kipu and I headed over. We are so fortunate that our parents live 10 minutes apart, even though we didn't head over to Dan's parents this week it is nice to be able to switch between the two houses so easily.

This week we were running a little late getting out the door so out we went with Ry still in her Jammies. No worries though Grammy and Auntie Kacey were more than willing to dress her in her orange/hot pink outfit.

We started slowly introducing Ry to formula yesterday mixing 1/4 of it into her bottles to prepare her for when she goes to daycare. The desire to feed Ry bottles was met for Grammy, Grampy, and Auntie Kacey.. they all got a chance to feed her. Bad Momma only packed two pampers in the diaper bag and Grammy was all out so off to the Market for some big girl (size 1) pampers!! Check out that extra junk in her trunk in her pictures!

What is better than some kisses from Ry's four-legged sister Kipu!!??!!
Yup that is definitely a size 1 pamper!!

Since there is a good chance Ry won't be having a tubby tonight here are a few tubby time videos instead! Bath time usually goes like this at our house:
Momma prepares the Bath
Daddy prepares the Baby
Ry cries as she gets in the bath.
Ry realizes she likes the bath.
Ry laughs, smiles, kicks, giggles.
Momma's heart melts.
Ry gets cleaned up.
Ry gets a shower with the sink sprayer to clean off suds and bubbles, and rinse her hair.
Ry gets out of the bathy.
Ry cries.
-- Although we have delayed her crying by warming her towel in the dryer so it is nice and warm when she gets out. We'll see how long that lasts. :)
